Club & Activity Day at Dexter High School
We let all Dexter High School students know about the opportunity our robotics team presents. We had another dozen or so students sign up. We can’t wait for the season to start.

FTC Kickoff
The Dreadbots were invited to demonstrate our robot at the FTC Kickoff (middle school level of FIRST). We happily agreed.
Cade, Christian, Mr. Lindskov, Nathan, Aiden, Ian and Gerry along with FRC teams 830 and 5530 present our robots to a crowd at the FTC kickoff.

Thomson Reuters Outreach
We were pleased to share our robot with the employees at Thomson Reuters. The TroBots FRC #3668 of Whitmore Lake were also there to show off their robot. We had a lot of fun being able to show off with them.

DHS Club, Sport & Activity Night
The Dreadbots enjoyed discussing robotics with Mill Creek and DHS students during the Club, Sport and Activity Night at DHS. We added another dozen students to our growing list of students that want to join the Dreadbots next year.

Our build space visit
We had several visitors to our build space as we were in our final days of this year’s build. Dreadbots Christian and Isaac, along with mentor Mr. Lindskov were able to give a group of children a lesson in robot safety, mechanics and driving. This robot is our programming robot used by our programming and vision sub-teams to prepare for season. We hope to use this robot this summer to teach a programming class in our community.

Mill Creek Dreadbots
Dreadbots Cade, Spencer, and Gabby helped the Vex teams by building some much needed field elements so the Mill Creek Dreadbots can test their robots for competition. Cade built the bridge. Spencer built fence units. Gabby built the crates for the hex balls.

VEX Robotics Competition
Our team is crazy busy prototyping this week. We only have 6 weeks to build our robot, but Spencer from our team stepped up to help mentor the Dexter Middle School VEX robotics team at their competition.
